FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do we both need to pay?

No. Dearly Plus is a couple plan: when one of you subscribes, Plus is unlocked for both linked accounts. The other partner is never charged.

What can we use without a subscription?

The daily question, moments, widgets, streaks, countdowns and your full history are included without a subscription. Plus adds extra decks, more widget themes and unlimited countdowns.

Does it work if one of us has an iPhone and the other Android?

Yes. Dearly works on iPhone and Android, and you can link across platforms. A Plus subscription bought on one platform covers your partner on the other.

Who can see what I share?

Only you and your partner. We don't show ads, we don't track you across apps, and we don't sell data. Answers, notes and photos are never used for analytics.

What happens if we stop using it together?

Either of you can end the link at any time. Access stops immediately, the widgets are cleared and your shared space stays in a read-only archive for 30 days so you can keep your own memories, then it is deleted.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes, from Settings → Account → Delete account, or on the web. You have 7 days to change your mind; after that your data is permanently deleted.

Is there an age limit?

Dearly is for people aged 18 and over.

When and where does it launch?

January 2027 on the App Store and Google Play, starting in English. Spanish and Turkish follow later. Join the waitlist and we will let you know.
